Digitability's mini series explores how Transition Teachers are implementing work-ready training in virtual, in-person and hybrid learning environments.

Dana Steinwart, a 18-21 Transition Program Teacher, has completed Level 1 of the Digitability Work-Ready Program. Now she is planning to implement Digitability Level 1 Work Simulation project.

This school year, Dana will have 15 students. Twelve of those 15 will attend in-person classes, while the other three will attend virtually. 

As Dana begins planning her Work Simulation in this hybrid setting, she is able to access both in-classroom as well as virtual resources from the Digitability Library.
