EPISODE 6: HOW ONE TRAINEE USED TECH TO GET HER MOM BACK TO WORK
Taking Skills From the Classroom to the Community
Generalization is the ability to perform skills across different settings. A trainee in Shannon Kelley's first cohort did just that when she helped her mom get back to work using the skills she learned through Digitability. When her mother needed to submit her COVID results to her employer to return to work, this determined trainee was able to transfer the skills she learned about sending emails and attachments to help her mother submit results online.
About Digitability
