Objective
Students will demonstrate self-awareness, communication, and critical thinking by engaging in a comprehensive review of the employee handbook. Through discussions and reflection activities, employees will identify policies and practices that support their professional goals. Employees will then share how these policies are used to keep a fair and productive workplace.

Directions for this Extension Activity:
In this activity, employees will explore workplace policies located in their “Employee Handbook.” Understanding these policies is essential for aligning with company values and maintaining a positive workplace culture. After reviewing the handbook, employees will reflect on how policies that impact their work. Employees will then discuss how these policies keep a workplace fair and productive.
