Classroom Expectations
In this activity, students will explore the purpose of classroom expectations by reading a short text and engaging in a class discussion. After learning why expectations help create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment, students will reflect on what kind of classroom they want to be part of. Students will then work to create a list of classroom expectations that reflect shared values and goals.
